Having recovered herself from CFS/ME, Heather was inspired to support others with a Chronic Exhaustive Condition on their journey back to health.
Heather's specialism is as a Doctor in Health Psychology (PhD) and former Nurse. Combining her experience with Wellbeing Coaching enables her to expertly support her clients to get their health, and lives back.

Having recovered herself from CFS/ME and cared for family with family members who experience Fibromyalgia, Heather was inspired to support others experiencing a Chronic Exhaustive Condition on their own journey back to health. To do this she retrained and is now practicing as an accredited Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coach and Chrysalis Effect Specialist Practitioner in Recovery.
Heather is the founder and owner of her own Wellbeing Coaching Business 'Happier by Heather' and specialises in Health Psychology, which she adapts to support each client’s unique recovery journey.
As well as supporting her clients to get their health and lives back, Heather is an energetic mother, wife and granny.
Heather is also co-founder and Director of Fatigue Free Futures, which is a collaboration of like-minded Specialist Practitioners whose vision is a world where the roots of chronic fatigue are widely understood to enable its prevention, and recovery is the norm rather than the exception.
Qualifications:
· BSc in Psychology (1st Class Honours); Masters in Health Psychology (Distinction); PhD in Health Psychology.
· Trauma Informed Wellbeing Coaching (FHT Accredited)
· Specialist Practitioner in Recovery (ILM Accredited)
· PTTL’s teaching qualification
· Introduction to Community Development and Health (ICDH).
