Kickstart Course Eligibility Criteria and Referral Process
Kickstart Course Details
The 12 week programme is delivered online as recorded video content and weekly group calls on Zoom. Working in this way enables us to reach people who would otherwise find it too draining or difficult to attend in person.
2024 Course Dates
Course 1 Starts 19 February 2024, 11am - 12pm
The course is broken down into two sections, from 19 Feb - 18 Mar, and 8 Apr - 20 May with a two week break for the Easter Holidays (no meetings on 25 Mar or 1 April)
Course 2 Starts 2 September 2024, 11am - 12pm
Continues to 18 November 2024

Contribution & Success
Although the cost of delivering the course is funded, our past experience has shown more positive health outcomes are achieved when patients fully engage with the content of the course.
One of the ways we encourage engagement is through a nominal charge of £5 per session, total value £60 for 12 weeks. Payment can be made in 3 x monthly instalments of £20, or as one payment of £60.

The payment of £60 can be used as ‘credit’ towards the cost of Fatigue Free Futures ongoing support for those participants who complete the content for each of the 12 weekly sessions.
