Founder and Owner of 'Rejuvenate Health and Nutrition'

Amy Cooper

Amy has over 15 years experience, working as a Key Account Manager for a multi billion dollar company, where she successfully managed sales budgets of over £15 million and nurtured long-term relationships with clients such as Lindt, Nestle and Tetley Tea.

Her own chronic health issues, including IBS, endometriosis and rosacea, led Amy to find nutritional therapy, and the amazing results she personally experienced on her own health journey inspired her to change career.

Amy retrained in nutritional therapy and gained a distinction from the prestigious College of Naturopathic Medicine.

An encounter in student clinic with a young lady suffering from chronic fatigue inspired her to want to help more people recover from this life-altering condition.

She has since trained as a Wellbeing Coach and is now working as a Specialist Practitioner within The Chrysalis Effect team, supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions on their journey to recovery.

Amy is the founder of “Rejuvenate Health and Nutrition”, where she combines all her skills to help people regain their energy and vitality, and uncover the secrets to staying well!

More recently Amy became a director of “Fatigue Free Futures", a not-for-profit organisation set up to support and educate those living with, or working with those affected by chronic exhaustive conditions. As part of a team of dedicated therapists Amy is on a mission to create a world where recovery from chronic fatigue is a given.
